1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered by jitaaxe at https://jitaaxe.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one exists. Your continued use of jitaaxe following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes without reservation.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users of jitaaxe regardless of location, device, or method of access. They govern all activities carried out through a jitaaxe account, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game play, sports betting, participation in promotions, and communication with jitaaxe support staff.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jitaaxe is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use jitaaxe. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jitaaxe actively enforces its 18+ policy and will request identity documentation to verify player age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

2.2 Personal Account Use

You must be registering and using a jitaaxe account solely on your own behalf, for your own personal entertainment. You must not register or operate an account on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity. You must not allow any other person to access or use your jitaaxe account, even if that person is a family member or trusted associate.

2.3 Single Account Restriction

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one jitaaxe account at any given time. Operating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jitaaxe uses technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided pending investigation.

2.4 Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not use jitaaxe while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment or decision-making capacity.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jitaaxe services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must create a verified jitaaxe account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number registered in Bangladesh). You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jitaaxe applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts. You may be required to submit copies of valid identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — along with proof of address and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitaaxe account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jitaaxe will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitaaxe immediately at [email protected]. jitaaxe accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your account accordingly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays, bonus forfeiture, or account suspension.

• Full legal name must match government-issued identification.
• Mobile number must be a valid Bangladesh-registered number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel).
• bKash and Nagad accounts used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the jitaaxe account.
• jitaaxe reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account relationship.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jitaaxe supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your jitaaxe account are credited in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change. jitaaxe does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. jitaaxe reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jitaaxe is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All transactions are monitored. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity — including structuring deposits to avoid detection, depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful game play, or using the Platform as a payment processing mechanism — will be immediately suspended, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jitaaxe does not operate multi-currency accounts. If a payment provider processes a transaction in a foreign currency, the conversion is handled by the payment provider at their applicable exchange rate; jitaaxe bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment services.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jitaaxe offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. The general provisions in this section apply to all jitaaxe promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jitaaxe reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded, players whose accounts are under review, and players who have previously abused bonus terms are not eligible for promotional offers. Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jitaaxe monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of welcome offers via multiple accounts, and depositing funds solely to meet minimum bonus activation thresholds without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, jitaaxe reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

5.4 Promotional Changes

jitaaxe may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and carry no cash equivalent. Promotional terms may be updated; the version in effect at the time you claim a bonus applies to that specific bonus instance.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories vary — always check the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet size while completing wagering requirements is typically ৳500 per round unless stated otherwise.
• Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

jitaaxe maintains a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action where warranted.

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

You must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity on the Platform, including providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, engaging in chargebacks after withdrawing winnings, or deliberately exploiting software errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

6.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games is prohibited. Placing bets in connection with any match-fixing arrangement, or using inside information to bet on sporting events, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

6.3 Automated Play

The use of bots, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other software designed to automate game play or betting decisions is strictly prohibited. jitaaxe employs technical measures to detect automated play activity. Accounts found to be using such tools will be permanently closed and any associated winnings voided.

6.4 Harassment and Misconduct

You must treat jitaaxe staff and other players with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at jitaaxe support staff or any other individual associated with the Platform will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jitaaxe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jitaaxe has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jitaaxe account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method, and any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of applicable verification checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Involuntary Suspension

jitaaxe may suspend an account immediately upon detection of any of the following: suspected underage gambling, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected multi-accounting, suspicious financial transactions, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or any other breach of these Terms. During a suspension, access to the account, funds, and all game play will be restricted pending the outcome of jitaaxe's investigation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who request self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes will have their accounts closed for the duration of the self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, jitaaxe will take reasonable steps to ensure the player cannot access the Platform or receive marketing communications. 7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jitaaxe will attempt to contact you using your registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account policies, including any applicable administration fee, will be communicated clearly before being applied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaaxe's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jitaaxe account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Service Availability

jitaaxe makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events beyond jitaaxe's reasonable control. jitaaxe will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

8.2 Game Outcome Disputes

The outcome of all games on jitaaxe is determined by the certified RNG systems of the relevant third-party game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, or other licensed studios). In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, jitaaxe will refer to the game provider's server-side logs as the definitive record. The decision of the game provider with respect to game outcomes is final and binding.

8.3 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jitaaxe's liability for: death or personal injury caused by jitaaxe's own negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jitaaxe; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

8.4 Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of good faith, fair dealing, and internationally recognised standards applicable to online gaming operators. The English text of these Terms is the definitive version. Any disputes arising from your use of jitaaxe that cannot be resolved through jitaaxe's internal complaints procedure should be raised in writing to [email protected].

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

jitaaxe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most current version is displayed at the top of this page.
